Hello again! So it's done, the warm weather is gone and fall has completely settled in. If you ever want to see beautiful fall foliage you should definitely come and see what the Pacific Northwest has waiting for you. This time of the year is utterly gorgeous up here in the Seattle area. Golden leaves decorate the trees in a very magical way. Even though it's all dark and cloudy the colors are so vibrant and inspiring. And not only the trees get to rock this whimsical, yellow disguise but the streets as well get a different look and feel with each fallen leaf that comes to the ground. It's like putting a wallpaper over the moist and cold pavement. Absolutely stunning.
With this amazing setting comes of course more fall attire, since I can really never get tired of cooler weather clothes. Like in this case, this belted trench coat from Topman just gave me chills the moment I saw it hanging in the store. It fits my body type so well, since I'm tall and sometimes I have problems with jackets or blazers being too short. It also has this old-school European feel which I love, and the pattern works well with almost anything underneath; a plain button-down with a sweater or cardigan will let the coat shine on its own. Since rain is becoming the norm as well, the boots complete the look and keep my feet from getting wet. Overall, I was greatly pleased with this combination. What's your take on this look? Do you guys like it as much as I do? Share your comments below and let me know what you think.
So that's it, this is the ensemble I wanted to share with you today. I've been receiving lots of feedback on Facebook and on the blog and I want to thank you all for doing that. It just encourages me to try and be a better writer and a better blogger, and really motivates me to put my best look forward every day. I also want to thank my roommate for taking most of my pictures, because without him the blog wouldn't be alive. You guys are awesome! Remember to be stylish and to be bold; let your voice be heard. Till next time!
